30 Days of Gratitude

Most mornings, gratitude isn’t grand and loud.
It’s quiet. Simple. Steady.
It sounds like:
“I woke up today, and I didn’t gamble.”
That’s it.
And that’s everything.
In a world that tells us progress must be seen, recovery reminds us: sometimes the biggest moves are the ones nobody else sees.
Waking up without the weight of regret, without the panic, without the shame, that is a gift.
It may feel small, but it is powerful.
Today, let’s honor the work it took to get here.
The choice you made last night.
The strength it took to say “not today,” even in the moments no one else saw.
Gratitude starts right here.
One day at a time. One morning at a time. One grateful breath at a time.
What are you grateful for today?
